Work History

Lululemon
Program Manager, ESG and Regulation | Present
At Lululemon, a Fortune 500 global apparel company, I lead the triage and assessment of emerging sustainability and disclosure regulations across multiple jurisdictions. I design and manage regulatory tracking systems, ensuring alignment with ISSB, CSRD, and SEC frameworks while flagging material requirements for leadership review. My role involves coordinating with legal, finance, and sustainability teams to prioritize compliance pathways and integrate reporting efficiencies into global processes. I regularly brief executives on regulatory trends in key markets, such as Asia, North America, and the EU, to support proactive strategy and transparent ESG performance.
